COTTY VIVANT MARCHISIO & LAUZERAL regularly assists its clients in matters relating to economic law in all activity sectors, in negotiations with their commercial partners or in litigation before legal or administrative courts, and in particular:

- in the implementation and monitoring of distribution networks (selective or exclusive distribution and franchise), regarding the drawing up and negotiation of agreements or even litigation which may result (e.g. reselling outside the network, etc.);

- in litigation relating to trade practice and unfair competition, particularly regarding non-compete, disruption of a competitor's business (canvassing customers, poaching staff, etc.) denigration and parasitic behaviour;

- in the domain of pricing and commercial practices, on behalf of sellers as well as suppliers, regarding invoicing, selling at a loss, general conditions, commercial cooperation, abuse of economic power, termination of commercial relations;

- regarding cartels and abuse of a dominant position;

- regarding sales promotion and publicity.
