CVML strengthens its corporate practice with the appointment of Serge Levine as a new partner

CVML is pleased to announce that Serge Levine is joining its Paris office as a partner.

Levine's corporate law primarily practice focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and private equity, in a wide range of industrial and financial areas.

Serge assists French and international clients, such as corporations, investment funds and managers through a whole range of transactions: acquisitions, leveraged buy outs and venture capital transactions involving listed or unlisted companies.

Serge works also with industrial companies in complex stock and asset transactions, joint-ventures and reorganizations. He has also developed an expertise in shareholders and post-acquisition disputes.

Member of the Paris bar since 1997, Serge Levine began his career as an associate at White & Case, Jones Day and Mayer Brown, where he became a partner in 2012.

Serge Levine graduated from ESSEC Business School and has a Master's degree (DEA) in Corporate Law from University of Paris X-Nanterre.
