Biography

Amir has acquired several years of experience working with French and Middle Eastern clients in corporate and commercial law.
Throughout his career, Amir has worked for several prestigious law firms in Beirut and Paris, including A. Nawfal & Associates, Koehler-Magne Serres & Associes, and Revigny Law firm, as well as in the legal department of Lagardere Active (Lagardere Group).
With considerable experience in strategic corporate restructuring, company acquisition, and cross-border transactions, Amir specializes in business law, particularly in corporate law, M&A, and commercial law.
He has assisted local and international companies in all stages of their economic activities and their various legal and tax issues. Amir also regularly advises foreign banks and investment funds on regulatory issues and in the scope of syndicated loans.
