With extensive experience in corporate advisory, she provides strategic guidance on company incorporation, regulatory compliance, and manages complex liquidation processes in the UAE. Ishwarya specialises in M&As and legal due diligence, contributing to high-profile transactions. Her expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, combined with a pragmatic and client-focused approach, makes her a trusted advisor in complex corporate transactions.
Prior to joining CVML, Ishwarya has worked with leading law firms in the UAE and India with an exposure to corporate and commercial law, real estate, and intellectual property prosecution and litigation.
