Biography

Walid is a legal professional with more than 30-year experience in various private practice and in-house roles across Lebanon and Dubai. Walid's extensive legal background includes 17+ years of leadership roles in various major real estate companies in Dubai, including Emaar Properties PJSC and Nakheel PJSC. His experience covers multiple geographies beyond GCC, to include Middle East Region, Europe, Asia and Africa, where he oversaw and handled complex legal transactions, including real estate, hospitality, malls, entertainment, corporate & commercial, construction, regulatory compliance, litigation and arbitration.
