Biography

Tsoline is a Lebanese lawyer of Armenian origins. She is a Senior Associate in the dispute resolution team in our Dubai office. Tsoline is a dispute resolution specialist. She has substantial experience handling a wide range of commercial litigations and has acted for leading national and multi-national companies on a variety of complex, high value disputes. Her practice includes a broad range of commercial matters with particular experience in commercial contracts, real estate, insurance, intellectual property and debt recovery disputes. She has been an associate member of the Arab Center for the Development of the Rule of Law and Integrity (ACRLI), where she conducted researches and contributed to the UNDP programs. Prior to joining CVML, she practiced in Lebanon and in Cyprus with leading firms. Tsoline is registered as an attorney with the Beirut Bar Association, and as a Legal Consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department.
